By booking an appointment with BLOOMXKALI and their technicians, you understand that the following policies are in place and effective at all times.
These policies are not to come off harsh, but to present the expectation of the client as well as BLOOMXKALI and it's technicians.

If you do not show up to your appointment or fail to get in contact with your service provider *PRIOR* to your appointment, this is considered a no show appointment.
If you no show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and may be prevented from scheduling future appointments.

You must cancel a minimum of 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent being charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). If you cancel within 4hrs of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
If multiple appointments are cancelled within the 24hr policy, you may be prevented from scheduling future appointments.

If you are 10 mins late, your appointment may not be completed. Arriving late may result in a shorter appointment time.
If you are 15 mins late, your appointment may be cancelled and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Guests are not permitted. This is "you" time babe. Please refrain from bringing plus ones to your appointment.
If you bring a guest, your appointment risks being cancelled and will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and may be prevented from scheduling future appointments.

Eyelash extensions last anywhere between 2-4 weeks before needing a fill service to maintain the original appearance.

Short and simple, yes. Please understand this is dependent upon the condition of the lashes and will be determined at the time of service and is variable on a case-by-case basis.
If your lashes appear damaged or inadequate, your technician may request to remove the set and apply a full new set. If this option is declined, we will be unable to service you at this time.

The glue used is a cyanoacrylate adhesive. This glue is a professional medical grade adhesive that is free of latex and FORMALDEHYDE.
It is important to understand that if you have had a sensitivity to lash glue in the past, that it is likely the sensitivity is still prevalent and “allergy-free/sensitive glues” will not prevent ANY allergic reaction.
*Lash extensions may not be the solution for everyone.

It is imperative that you inform you technician of any previous work in the area of requested services.
Work can be covered or reworked dependent on the current state of the tattoo.

It is important to understand that permanent makeup services are a method of tattooing. With that, client comfortability is our top priority.
Topical and secondary numbing agents are utilized during services to ensure client comfort.
*If you have an allergy to lidocane, tetracane, or benzocane please inform your technician.

PMU services are considered permanent as it is a form of tattooing where pigment is being implanted into the skin to provide desired cosmetic results, however it does fade over time.
With that being said, periodic refresh appointments are RECOMMENDED on a bi-yearly basis. (This varies with service and client retention)
